You can miss this one because Four Points by Sheraton is the kind of hotel that sticks out from the crowd and can be noticed from miles away.
Located in Ad Dirah, the building has a unique design and is massive. The surrounding buildings will feel small even if they are big enough.
OH I LOVE THE ENTRANCE!
You get to see that huge door decked out with chandeliers that look like they came straight out of a palace. Drama?
Yes.
Worth it?
Also yes.
Rooms With a View (and Space to Breathe)
Their rooms are not only comfortable but give you a nice view of the whole city. You will feel like you are taking a peak at Riyadh city from a plane.
I stayed in their superior room but they have plenty of options like:
- Traditional
- Superior
- Executive Suits
You wont see anything over flashy in the rooms. White clothing on the beds, a TV to enjoy your time and a bathroom where I can sit for hours to admire the architecture.
Amenities That Cover All the Bases
The hotel has everything you can ask for from a five star place in Riyadh. If you are here for a short stay you might not need to even leave the building because everything is available inside. A glimpse of what you will get here:
- Free Wi-Fi
- Restaurant & 24-hour room service (yes, I ordered fries at 1 a.m.)
- Fitness center & pool
- Spa for a post-meeting chill session
- Meeting rooms if you’re mixing work and leisure
- Laundry, dry cleaning, and daily housekeeping
- Wake-up calls (for the early risers—I admire you)
- Digital check-in & Mobile Key—futuristic and super convenient
- On-site convenience store for when you need a last-minute snack or charger

Food That You Can’t Resist
Inside this five star hotel in Riyadh you will get a 24 hours dine in restaurant but that doesn’t hold you back from the food scene of Riyadh.

The famous Zafran Indian Bistro is also near the hotel so you can enjoy a five star stay with some curry or maybe daal.
2. Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences
If you want a five star hotel that looks, feels and smells luxury then Hilton will never disappoint.
THE BEST PART?
Its just 10 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from the main tourism spots of Riyadh and Al Olaya.
This basically means that you can land, check in, and still make it to dinner with time to spare.
Not bad, right?
The Rooms? Basically Mini Apartments
I stayed in the guest rooms and it feels like I have moved into a new super sleek apartment for some time.
You can either go with the basic one or step the game up with their executive suits
AND MAYBE
Get a full space with even a kitchen and plenty of space to wander around. If you are staying for a while or maybe you want a fridge that’s not mini then this spot is for you.
Food Situation: 10/10 Would Eat Again
I don’t know who is in charge here but they should definitely be given a raise. You get an all day dining restaurant and also some fancy sit down spots.

3. Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana
If you are looking for five star hotels in Riyadh that makes you wish you never left then Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana is just the place for you.
Everything flows so smoothly here and for a moment I thought “maybe I could just live here”.
The best thing?
It’s got a business-meets-leisure vibe that somehow works perfectly.
Whether you’re traveling with a laptop or lounging in slippers.
Location, Location, Location
A perfect hotel with a perfect view?
You got it!
This hotel is right in the heart of Riyadh towards the north side of Al Olaya. You are surrounded by business centers, shopping malls and some amazing restaurants.
You are just 15 minutes away from the airport so no need to wake up at 7 AM for a 2 PM flight.
If you want a five star hotel near Riyadh airport I highly recommend this place.
Rooms That Know What You Need
Rosh Rayhaan by Rotana is huge and has 236 rooms including singles, doubles and suits. The rooms feel like they are designed by someone who knows exactly what you wanted.
Some things that I truly loved in these rooms are:
- Big beds
- Blackout curtains
- Espresso machines
- proper desk space
I stayed in their classic rooms and it was surprisingly quite considering that the hotel is located in the busy streets of Olaya.
HUGE WIN!
Food That Hits the Spot
The food game is strong here and you get four different cuisines to choose from. My favorite here is Flavours the all-day dining spot, where you can go from shawarma to sushi in one buffet line (don’t ask how many plates I tried… it was a lot).
For coffee and pasty lovers you get Caramel Lobby Lounge which is a must try at afternoon.
OH
For those city views the rooftop has Sama Lounge with a nice view of the Riyadh skyline.

4. Narcissus Hotel & Spa Riyadh
If Riyadh had a palace where you could check in and live for a few days it would be Narcissus hotel for sure.
From the moment I waked into this place I knew it was going to be royal. You will get to see giant golden chandeliers, marble everything, and velvet details that whisper “you’re fancy now” every time you take a seat.
Right Where You Want to Be
The location of this place?
PERFECT!
The hotel sits on Tahlia street in Olaya which is probably the most expensive and premium location in Riyadh. The streets are lively and you will get to see cafes with hookah in every corner.
AND
If you’re here for business, you’re just minutes away from key government buildings and corporate offices.
Rooms That Look Like They Belong in a Period Drama
The exterior and lobby are perfect but do the rooms live up to expectations?
TOTALLY
When you enter their rooms you will see gold detailing, crystal lamps, and velvet drapes. I stayed in one of their junior suits and it felt like I was a royal guest.
TAKE ME BACK PLEASE!
You also get executive suites but their Royal suits are something different. It has its own dining area plus a jetted tub situation. (Warning: you may never want to leave.)
All the rooms are equipped with:
- Smart TVs
- Nespresso machines
- luxury toiletries
- comfiest bedding
Three Restaurants, Zero Mediocre Meals
There is no question about the food. Narcissus has plenty of different cuisines to choose from and you might not even need to leave the hotel to get the best food.
Where East Meets West: This is their main restaurant with buffet, variety and great food presentation.
Pampa Grill: If you want to try some steaks or Argentinian food then head over to Pampa grill.
The Magnolia Lounge: For sweets and coffee this place is a 10/10.
What Else?
You can get tired counting but the luxuries won’t end in this hotel. Some other things that you can expect here are:
- Well-equipped fitness center
- Indoor pool
- Jacuzzi
- Sauna
- Steam rooms
- Airport pickup and drop-off
Basically, you can stay fit, float, and unwind all under one golden roof.
5. Fairmont Riyadh
Just when you think you have seen the most luxury hotels in Riyadh Fairmont comes in. This hotel is known for its class, elegance and good taste.
The overall vibe here is sleek, stylish and luxury like that guy in meeting who ho shows up in a tailored suit and somehow pulls off no tie.
Fairmont is where global travelers, high-profile execs, and style-savvy vacationers come together.
Close to the Airport, Far From Basic
Located in the Business Gate complex one of the biggest highlights of this place is that its close to the airport at about a 15 minute distance.
So if you are arriving late, leaving early or want to have a quick business trip it has a perfect location.
YEAH!
Its close to the Granada Mall, exhibition centers, and all the major corporate HQs.
Rooms with a Capital R
Unlike other five star hotels in Riyadh Fairmont doesn’t have those average rooms. Each room and suit is designed with Arabian architecture having warm tones, luxe materials, high ceilings, and marble bathrooms.
They’ve got:
- Fairmont Gold Rooms for that VIP vibe.
- One-bedroom suites with walk-in closets and deep soaking tubs
- And of course, all rooms come with high-speed Wi-Fi, plush bedding, 42” TVs, touchscreen room controls, and some very Instagrammable furniture.
Dining That Means Business
Out of all the five star hotels we mentioned this one has the most amount of restaurants in house and I loved them all.
The 365: This is their all day buffet restaurant that serves global dishes. You will find almost every cuisine in this buffet.
Pesto: If you want to try some Italian food in Riyadh then their pasta and olives will totally surprise you.
The Plaza Lounge: Casual, chic, and perfect for high-tea or laptop time.
The Cafe Connect: Sometimes all you need is a good sip of coffee and this place won’t let you down.
In – Room Dining: For those lazy mornings you can get food straight to your room.

Well, if you think this is all they offer then you are totally wrong. Other major services in this hotel are:
