This restaurant takes you to Italian streets without booking a plane ticket. At Melenzane you will be able to witness traditional Italian food with simple rustic chairs and plates that add to the overall vibe of the location.
THOSE WINDOWS ARE BIG!
The inside is flooded with natural light but if you are feeling alfresco then you can grab a seat outside which is usually crowded.
This restaurant combines tradition and a casual vibe to give you a relaxed dining experience after you are done with the hectic shopping.

On the menu you will find everything from Pasta and Pizza to Piata and salads but how do you know which dishes to try?

Milly Gathering: This dessert is covered with sweet cocoa sauce and beneath that you will get hazelnut with mascarpone mousse. You won’t stop eating it once you have tried it.

Pollo San Marzano: This was my top favorite and comes with Fried chicken, tomatoes, creamy stracciatella, and basil pesto.

Morso: This is a unique snack you never knew you were craving. It is basically a new version of loaded fries but instead of fries you have mashed potatoes loaded with tender beef and BBQ mayo.

4. Salt Restaurant: Juicy Burgers
If you are looking for a burger restaurant in Riyadh park then SALT has got your back. The restaurant is famous and has branches all over Riyadh.
The restaurant has a huge indoor dining area with minimalist décor but the real deal is the outdoor area. They have some of the most comfortable chairs I have seen in any restaurant.
The outdoors has nice yellow lights with small trees and green patches here and there. You will feel right at home when you step inside.
Whether you’re dining in or catching the night breeze outside, the ambiance is just perfect. It’s the kind of place where you relax after a long day and dig into some of the best burgers in Riyadh Park.
Must-Try Dishes At Salt
Unlike other restaurants on this list, their menu is right on point with no fluff. They have included items that they think are their specialty. I would recommend these menu items:
Salt Burger: It’s messy, juicy, and exactly the kind of burger you would want. The burger includes two juicy wagyu beef patties, cheese, sautéed onions, and a drizzle of their secret sauce. You will lick your fingers or order another one after you try it.
Campfire Burger: This one is for truffle lovers! The burger includes two wagyu patties smothered in a rich truffle and mushroom sauce. It’s fancy and tasty!
Original Beef Slider: If you don’t try these sliders then don’t tell me you visited this restaurant. They are made with wagyu beef and topped with melty cheese, pickles, and the restaurant’s signature sauce.
Lotus Softie: Let’s hope you have some room left for desserts. It’s made with creamy soft serve drizzled in luscious lotus sauce and topped with crunchy lotus biscuit crumbles. A sweet end to the meal for sure.

The restaurant is built on the concept of keeping the tradition of Saudi alive and having special authentic items like Tamees and Saudi pies.
The menu has a wide variety of options from mini pies and tamees tacos to flavorful shawarmas and salads.
FOR THE HEALTHY FOOD LADS
We have a full salad section with colorful salads and a variety of options. The décor is simple and I really loved the green chairs which are comfortable and relaxing.
The place is perfect for family meals and casual meetups with friends.
Must Try Dishes At Zalata
All authentic dishes are found under one roof but I would recommend the following:
Mini Pies Large Box: Perfect if you are with a group of friends or family. You get 30 mini pies with five different flavors and also four different homemade sauces to level up the game.
Mugalal Shawarma: This is not your ordinary shawarma. It’s made with tender lamb, fresh veggies, and tahini and served with labneh, homemade chips, and pickles.
Spicy Honey Halloumi: Fried halloumi with sweet honey, pomegranate, and mixed greens. You will get rich flavors in every bite.
