It’s hard to find the best broasted chicken in Riyadh because you get plenty of options in the city.
There’s just something about that golden, crispy coating and juicy, flavorful chicken that’s impossible to resist.
As I said, Riyadh has plenty of spots serving exactly that kind of chicken but still, I don’t want you to waste your money on something that just doesn’t taste good.
I have done the hard work (eating lots of chicken) so you don’t disappoint yourself. I have tried over 20 broasted chicken restaurants in Riyadh and picked three of my favorites.
So without wasting your time, I will get started!
1. Broasted Key
If you love broasted chicken with a variety then this place is not going to disappoint.
THE NAME SAYS IT ALL!
The restaurant has a minimalist vibe and they have kept everything simple but stylish. You get some sleek white walls that make the whole place feel comfortable and those basic chairs and tables get the job done nicely.
It’s a great place to get a broasted chicken on the go or enjoy a calm brunch break with your friends. I stopped by their spot in An Nasim Al Gharbi, Riyadh, but they’ve got branches all over the city, so you’re never too far from your next broasted chicken.
Broasted Options:
As the name suggests this place is all about broasted. The restaurant has an incredible lineup of broasted chicken in different forms and flavors.
If you love the classic and traditional broasted then get their regular broasted and you won’t be disappointed.
If you love spices then their fire-packed Spicy Broasted or the Extra Spicy Broasted will be your new favorites. I tried it a few days back and my mouth still feels the fire.
Other broasted options here include:
- Thai Red Broasted
- Nashville Broasted
- Nashville Tender
- Regular Tender
AND YEAH!
If you want your broasted chicken between some soft buns then I would suggest going for the Nashville Burger or the Maple Burger.
2. Al Liwan Restaurant
Just like other broasted chicken restaurants in Riyadh, this restaurant keeps everything simple, minimalist, and elegant.
When you walk in you will see bright white walls contrasting with light grey tiles giving the place a comfortable feeling. The restaurant is clean and super inviting with the smell of chicken flowing all around the place.
You’ll find them right on King Abdullah Rd, so it’s easy to swing by when hunger strikes.
Oh, and yeah!
There are separate private sections with curtains (I didn’t really like their design) for those who want to dine out with a bit of privacy.
What’s On Their Menu?
They have kept their broasted chicken game quite strong and have covered a variety of cravings. Much like the previous restaurant they have the classic broasted chicken for the OG’s out there and for the spice squad they have spicy tenders that are crispy, juicy, and fiery.
If you are out with friends I would suggest going for the Broasted Box, Family Box, and Key Box which will satisfy the whole gang.
Add some coleslaw and onion rings and you will be done for the night!
3. Chicken Basha
I visited their branch in Ash Sharafiyah, Riyadh, but they’ve got other spots around the city too. Chicken Basha keeps everything very simple and focuses on what matters the most.
THE FOOD!
If you are looking for a quick and budget-friendly broasted chicken in Riyadh then this spot is for you. On the interior, you get basic chairs and a table that gets the job done.
If you are in a rush I would highly recommend this restaurant for pickup. Their service is fast and the taste of the food is just amazing.
What Are The Options?
They know how to do broasted chicken right and like the previous restaurants they have the same items on their menu which include:
- Spicy Broasted: My favorite because the spice levels are right on point here.
- Regular Broasted: If you love traditional broasted without any twists then go for this one.
- Spicy Boneless: You don’t have to hurt your teeth by biting on the bones. They have made it easy for you.
- Spicy Two-Piece: if one is not enough the two pieces will leave you full for two days.
- Regular Two-Piece
If any of your friends or family members are not in the mood for chicken they will have other options to choose from like the Spicy Fish Fillet and Regular Fish Fillet.
For sandwich or wrap lovers, you are in luck because you will find fish and chicken options here.
