Buffet restaurants in Riyadh know exactly how to provide quality food that leaves customers full and satisfied.
If you’re searching for a good buffet spot in Riyadh, you’ll find plenty of options. However, don’t just focus on quantity. I’ve come across restaurants that offer large portions but fall short on quality.
BUT
I don’t want you to try buffets and find out later that they were no value for money. To make things easier for you I tried over twenty buffet spots in Riyadh and picked three of my favorites.
If you are in the mood for sushi, Pakistani food, Italian food, Indian food, or even Korean food you will get served at these places.
So now all you have to do is grab your keys and visit these places.
WARNING!

Cuisine Variety and Specialties
Now let’s talk about the things you are here for.
FOOD!
Most buffets in Riyadh offer one or two kinds of dishes but when I said luxury you should have understood that you will get everything here.
If you are looking for international dishes, Mediterranean flavors, or some good old Middle Eastern classics you will find them all under one roof.
And for your sweet tooth, they have a full dessert section with Turkish, Arabic, and some others which I saw for the first time.
DON’T EAT TOO MANY SWEETS THOUGH
I felt satisfied before I could try any of their desserts so I had to sit for about 30 minutes before tasting desserts.
Their lamb ouzi and seafood stations are always crowd favorites so make sure you try them first.
Price Range
Well, you already heard how premium the location, ambiance, and food of this place is so it won’t be cheap.
But the quality, atmosphere, and the different dishes make it worth every Riyal. You can expect to spend SAR 200+ for a single person when visiting this place so make sure your Credit or Debit card has some juice before you go in there.
If this sounds too expensive don’t worry we have other options too.

My Experience At Al Orjouan
I had a very satisfying and pleasant experience at this buffet spot. When I entered I knew I was going to pay a lot for this buffet but I also knew I would get amazing food.
The variety of food did confuse me because I wanted to try as many of the items as I could. I started off with some prawns and they were hot, flavorful, and fresh. Next, I went for some oysters. They were plump and briny and did not disappoint either. It was a seafood night and most of the items present were seafood.
The sushi was done right with the creamy avocado and the spicy tuna and its size was definitely bigger than other restaurants I tried in Riyadh.
How can I forget about the fruits?
The watermelon and banana were fresh, had the right temperature, and were cut into nice small slices.
The staff was friendly and gave me a table just by the window with a nice little view.
One thing that really annoyed me was the loud music. I had to shout to talk to the other person which was the only negative thing I experienced here.
Overall I would rate this place a nice 9 out of 10 for its ambiance, buffet, and service.
2. La Brasserie Buffet At Al Faisaliah Hotel

Their dessert selection is a whole mood (hello, chocolate fountain!). Whether you’re a meat lover or more into the lighter bites you will find more than a few dishes for your taste here.

Buffets aren’t cheap and when it comes to premium and upscale buffets like this one you can expect to be paying somewhere around SAR 300+ per head.

They also offer brunch buffets on weekends which are quite popular so make sure you reserve in advance for those too.

My Experience At La Brasserie Buffet in Riyadh
I have been to this buffet several times and they have always kept their taste consistent whether it is dinner or lunch.
The first thing you will notice when you walk in is the friendly staff. They are attentive, and helpful and will warmly welcome you. The atmosphere does feel classy with being too much stuffy which is a big plus point.
The buffet is organized and spacious and you won’t be bumping your plate with others (a personal pet peeve of mine at buffets!).
The food? I wanted to try more but my stomach just wouldn’t take it. I started with sushi and it was fresh, soft, and flavorful, especially the salmon nigiri. The slow-cooked steak was perfect and that alone was enough to make me feel full. It was tender, and juicy and was cooked just at the right temperature.
Their chocolate fondant was rich and gooey, exactly how it should be. I would love to see some more local dishes as many of the Saudi dishes were not part of this buffet.
Overall, I would rate my experience 8.5 out of 10 for ambiance, décor and service.
3. Kitchen On 3 – A Minimalist Buffet in Riyadh
Let’s get out of those big chandeliers and high buildings and get into something more minimalist and calm.

Their buffet is mainly focused on fresh and seasonal ingredients which is ideal for those vegetarian and healthy food lovers.

Cuisine Variety and Specialties
Did someone talk about food?
You will get everything here and trust me those friends who are very picky with their food choices won’t feel left out here.
If you opt for their breakfast buffet you will get a ton of options like pancakes with maple syrup, caramelized banana, mint, and icing sugar on pancakes, along with eggs cooked any style or a make-your-own omelet option.
BUT THAT’S NOT IT
Let’s get to the dinner menu that you will enjoy the most. The variety of cuisines and dishes is impressive, including shrimp, kunafa, beetroot falafel, chicken wings, fresh juices, and more, making it hard to stop listing all the options available.
Price Range
Their price range is much better than the other two restaurants we just talked about. You can expect to pay somewhere between SAR 170 – SAR 250 depending on the type of buffet and the day you visit this restaurant.
My Experience At Kitchen On 3
I had a very memorable experience at this place. The moment you walk in you will feel like you are at home. One thing I noticed is that most people came in with families. This gave me a clear idea that this is a good buffet restaurant for families in Riyadh.
The staff was attentive and guided me through the dinner menu and the buffet menu. The place is calm and not noisy even though there were many people there.
The layout of the buffet is well thought and won’t feel like you are going around a food maze. I tried a variety of different dishes starting with the chicken wings.
They were well-seasoned and not too chewy which was a perfect start. The cheese rolls were crispy on the outside and had the perfect amount of melted cheese on the inside.
The Sambusek was a pleasant surprise golden and flaky, filled with spiced meat that was simply delicious.
Overall, I would rate this place 9.5 out of 10 for its ambiance, food, and service.
Conclusion
