No Harassment or Discrimination
At Riyadh Reviews, we are committed to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment. All interactions and work related to Riyadh Reviews must be conducted professionally, without any form of discrimination or harassment. Any inappropriate behavior based on an individual’s gender, race, color, ethnicity, religion, age, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, or national origin will not be tolerated.
We expect all partners, vendors, and collaborators working with Riyadh Reviews to uphold equal-opportunity and anti-harassment policies. Riyadh Reviews may request proof of such policies when necessary.
Content Creation Guidelines
All content creation, including photo and video shoots, must adhere to the highest standards of professionalism. The following guidelines must be observed:
- All individuals featured in content must be at least 18 years old, except in cases where minors are featured with parental consent and in compliance with applicable laws.
- All work must comply with local labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and immigration laws.
- Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances during content creation. The use of such substances on set is strictly prohibited.
- If content includes swimwear, sheer clothing, or any suggestive themes, all involved parties must be informed and provide written consent in advance.
- Private dressing areas must be provided for individuals appearing in any content.
- Participants should never be pressured into performing actions that make them uncomfortable. Any concerns raised regarding attire or content should be addressed respectfully.
Professional Conduct
All individuals involved in Riyadh Reviews content creation must conduct themselves in a professional manner and refrain from any form of harassment. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Unwanted sexual advances or propositions.
- Any form of sexual activity or contact.
- Suggestions that participation or compliance affects opportunities.
- Displaying offensive materials or making derogatory comments based on an individual’s identity.
- Physical threats, intimidation, or assault.
Reporting Concerns
Anyone who experiences or witnesses inappropriate conduct during a Riyadh Reviews project is encouraged to report it promptly to the designated Riyadh Reviews contact person. Contact details will be provided before each project and will be available throughout the duration of the assignment.
We are committed to addressing all concerns with discretion and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe and professional environment for everyone involved.
