Top 4 Park Avenue Riyadh Restaurants You Can’t Miss

Park Avenue Riyadh Restaurants

If you want to find the top Park Avenue Riyadh restaurants then you have got some expert advice coming up.

BUT

Who’s that expert?

Well, it’s me!

I have been guiding you about the best-broasted chicken, best falafel, and best restaurants in every place and category in Riyadh.

GUESS WHAT?

Today we will look at some of the best Park Avenue Riyadh restaurants because this place isn’t just about buying your favorite shoes.

The food game here is strong and a bit confusing too because you get many options here.

I’ve spent time exploring, eating, and probably consuming way too many calories at some of the best places here. And now, I’m here to spill the details.

I have picked four of my favorite spots which are:

  • Texas Chicken
  • Draft Café
  • Falla
  • Prego

Let me tell you exactly why I chose these places!

1.    Texas Chicken

You might have tried broasted chicken in Riyadh but have you tried this?

Texas Chicken at Park Avenue is one of those places that has mastered one recipe and only offers things that they do best.

The overall vibe of the place is just like any other restaurant in a mall so don’t expect to have an ambiance you will be taking pictures of.

THE SEATING?

Those steel chairs look like they belong in a high school

BUT

They’re actually pretty comfortable. The wooden floors add a nice touch making the place feel more put together than your casual chicken joint.

The Menu?

I love that this restaurant doesn’t compromise on quality or quantity. You get decent-sized portions, and the flavors will surely impress you.

Three dishes that are totally worth trying are:

  • Mega Spicy Sandwich Meal: If you love your chicken with some extra crunch and spices then don’t miss out on this one. The chicken fillet is massive, the bun is soft, and that fiery kick? Let’s just say, you’ll feel it.
  • Chicken Rice Deal: This is like the rice and spice from KFC but much better. You get two crispy pieces of fried chicken with rice that soaks up all the spices and flavor from the chicken.
  • Jalapeño Cheese Bombers: If you want to go an extra mile I would recommend going for these small bites which are crispy, spicy and that special sauce melts in your mouth.

2.    Draft Café

You won’t be in the mood for some heavy food every time that’s why I have included the best coffee spot in Park Avenue on the list too.

It’s the kind of café where you accidentally spend half your day without even realizing it.

I love how their seating is structured. You get an outdoor seating facing the plaza which is perfect if you want to stalk on people (be careful).

The indoors feels more premium with wooden tones and some plants. If you want to get some work done I will recommend going for the indoors.

OH AND YEAH!

They have a nice rooftop if you want to sip on your coffee with some aerial views.

Items I Would Pick

This place serves way more than just coffee (though their specialty brews are top-tier).

Other than that they have sandwiches, desserts, and their newly introduced summer drinks that were basically made to fight off Riyadh’s heat. I tested (ahem, researched) quite a few.

My top favorites are:

  • Flat White: If you want a good and strong coffee then this is the one to go for. It has a caffeine kick that will put you right on track.
  • Strawberry Lemon Summer Drink: The heat in Riyadh? Disrespectful. This drink? A lifesaver. After drinking this even the hot air will feel cooler.
  • Cheesecake: I wish I could ask the chef what exact recipe he used here because I was planning my second trip already when I tried this.

3.    Falla

If this restaurant becomes a person it would be that friend who is always loud, full of life, and never lets you have a dull moment.

I loved the ambiance which has a mix of teal, yellow, and red.

IT’S COLORFUL!

The Arabic script mural featuring a camel and also that cool traditional art on the opposite side will keep you hooked for hours.

And trust me, the food matches the energy.

Best Menu In Park Avenue Riyadh?

I wish I could suggest the whole menu but that would be a bit too much! The dishes I highly recommend are:

  • TNT Shrimp: If they create a seafood restaurant in Riyadh it surely will be successful. You know that feeling when you take a bite of something, and it’s so good you just stare at it for a second in disbelief? Yeah, that’s TNT Shrimps.
  • Tony Rigatoni’s: I wasn’t a pasta guy until I tried this pasta. The mushrooms and truffle sauce perfectly pair up to give you some unique taste along with the rigatoni.
  • Damaar Burger: “Damaar” means destruction, and yeah, this burger DESTROYED me (in the best way). SPOILER: You won’t be able to eat this one neatly.

4.    Prego – Italian Restaurant In Park Avenue

There is no shortage of Italian restaurants in Riyadh but you know some places just know how to put on the right show.

AND

Prego did impress me.

The best part about this restaurant is the outdoor dining area. Unlike other places where the outdoors feels too jumbled, Prego has put it together nicely.

You can enjoy a fresh-out-the-oven pizza and pretend you’re on vacation in Italy (without actually booking a flight).

Those white, sleek marble tables make you feel like you should be discussing “important matters” in this place.

Items I Recommend:

I don’t want you to order dishes that will disappoint you so let me give you a hand.

Pizza (because… obviously?): It’s an Italian restaurant so you know you will be getting the REAL pizza here. None of that soggy, sad crust nonsense. They have multiple pizza options and I would recommend trying each one of them (hey stop! Not all at the same time).

Mac n’ Cheese: If you don’t love cheese we can’t be friends. If you love extra cream and some layers of cheese then this appetizer should make you feel amazing.

Salads: Well there are some vegetarians out there and to act as a responsible adult I threw in a Caesar salad. They’re fresh, and light, and will totally convince you that eating an entire pizza is fine because you also had lettuce.
