This restaurant keeps everything simple and honestly, that is what makes this place a standout from the crowd.
You won’t see any fancy decorations or over-the-top designs and colors.

I love the blue sofa chairs which are very comfortable and I would recommend grabbing a seat by the huge windows to get a nice view of the Red Sea.

Well, the menu has all the seafood options you are looking for and three of my favorite items are:
- Shrimp Potatoes: I am a fries guy no doubt but this is something very unique. These crispy fries are topped with juicy shrimp and their house made special sauces.
- Molokhia with Shrimp: If you want something warm and calming this one is for you. It’s a green soup made from jute leaves, and has a deep, earthy flavor that pairs perfectly with the tender shrimp floating in it.
- Hammour Fillet with Butter and Lemon Sauce: You can judge a seafood spot by the quality of their grilled fish and this place has nailed it perfectly. The lemon and butter sauce keeps things fresh and give it a rich texture.
2. Operation Seafood – Laid-Back Vibes, Big Flavors
You don’t always need luxury. Sometimes you need some easygoing vibes to enjoy your seafood and Operation Seafood does that well.
I love how they have made the whole interior design wooden. It makes it feel more like a beachside with some great seafood.
You can sit back, talk, and eat without a care in the world.
My Favorite Dishes
I loved many of their dishes so narrowing down on three of my favorites was not an easy task but if I had to pick three of their seafood items it would be:
- Dynamite Shrimp: What’s a seafood restaurant without some good dynamite shrimp? The shrimp here is crispy, and saucy, and have just the right kick of spice.
- Lobster Thermidor: This one is more than a full meal. The lobster is cooked in a creamy, cheesy sauce, making it next-level delicious.
- Shrimp Noodles: I have tried many noodle restaurants in Riyadh but I never knew that seafood restaurants serve such delicious noodles. This one includes juicy shrimp and bold Thai-style seasonings.
3. Alaaly Seafood Restaurant
This place is bright, colorful and feels like you just took a short trip to the Mediterranean. With its turquoise tiles, mustard yellow walls, and fancy patterns, it’s got a cool mix of old and new styles.
The vibe here is super comfy thanks to the big windows, tall ceilings, and warm lights.
I recommend visiting this seafood restaurant in Jeddah during day time to truly enjoy their ambiance and get those cool Instagram images.
Seafood Dishes I Loved
Let’s talk about the real reason why we all are here and that obviously is the food! If I had to choose three dishes for your first visit those would be:
- Grilled Seabass: Grilled seafood is probably the best and this dish has a nice smokey taste to it. Squeeze some lemon on top and thank me later!
- Fried Shrimp: The shrimps here are super juicy, crunchy and golden. You can dip them in their special sauce or eat them plain. Either way they are addictive.
- Fried Hamour: This dish is a local favorite. If you want fish that is meaty and crunchy then this one is for you.
4. Twina Seafood Restaurant
If you want a seafood place in Jeddah that works for both casual and fancy hangouts then Twina won’t disappoint.
The indoor area is spacious, comfy, and perfect for a nice calm dinner with your friends or family.

- Najil Fish Fried: This one is straight-up delicious. It’s very crispy on the outside and the inside is tender and flaky. If you want to taste the classic seafood then I will highly recommend it.
- Fried Shrimp: These are hot, crispy, and addictive. Pop one in your mouth, and good luck stopping after just a few!
- Grilled Salmon Combo: Some people don’t like heavy things and usually prefer something light. This one is Perfectly grilled salmon + tasty sides = happy belly.
