Let’s talk about steakhouse in Riyadh, the options you get in this city are as juicy as the steaks themselves.
SERIOUSLY!
Who can resist a perfect steak? I can’t.
Riyadh’s steak restaurants have really stepped up their game in the last few years and they have options from all around the globe for meat lovers to sink their teeth and forks into.
If you love ribeye steak, a tender wagyu cut, or a big bold Tomahawk, Riyadh restaurants won’t disappoint you in fact you might get addicted to some of these places.
BUT DON’T JUST DRAIN YOUR WALLETS!
I have gathered up the top five best steakhouses in Riyadh so you don’t go to the wrong place. I have tried all of their steaks and have picked my favorites.
So let’s not make you more hungry and talk about these restaurants.
1. JW Steakhouse
If someone asks you about the taste of Luxury just tell them about JW Steakhouse. Location in JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh, this is the place you go to when you are craving those fine steak cuts.
If you want to treat yourself to the best and most authentic American steaks or maybe also show off a little bit then JW Steakhouse is your destination.
The moment I stepped into this steakhouse I knew I was getting something special here. The low lights add elegance and class to the dining area and the checker-style floors make the whole place look unique.
Must Try Dishes At JW Steakhouse
They have a detailed menu that includes burgers, lobster, oysters, soups, and many more but people come here mostly for one thing and that is their steak.
BUT
There are plenty of steak options too so how do you choose?
Well, I am here to help. I personally liked these steaks:
- Australian Wagyu Ribeye (350g): This steak is marbled with just the right amount of fat and has a buttery and bold taste. Pair it with mashed potatoes or some greens and you will be thanking me for this suggestion.
- USDA Prime Black Angus Tomahawk (1000g): This one is ideal for sharing but if you are feeling a bit ambitious you can go all in on it (you won’t be able to finish it). It is served with bone in and looks huge on the plate.
- NZ Milk-Fed Lamb Rack: It’s not technically a steak but I couldn’t resist mentioning this one. If you are looking to try something unique then this medium-cooked lamb will surprise you with its flavors.

This is a luxury steakhouse so make sure your pockets are filled. You can expect to pay SAR 350+ at this restaurant for a nice steak.
2. Terrace Grill
Guess where this steakhouse is located?
Marriott Hotel Riyadh!
Yup, Marriott has really stepped up their steak game in the last few years.
This restaurant has a special place in my heart because it looks more like a colorful Pinterest board. Their unique pink and white color scheme really makes the whole place pop.
THE LIGHTS ARE ALSO PINK!
Well, they have white ones too but around the restaurant you will see dim pink lights. If you love a luxury place for steak that is unique and chill this is the place to be.
That pink backdrop could be your new Instagram profile picture too.

They have like a four-page menu so you will be lost for a while. I think they should definitely try to make the menu smaller but we will talk about that some other time.
You get options like salads, pasta, Wraps, and even sandwiches but we are here for the steak. My favorite steaks here are:
- Braised Short Rib: If you are looking for a comforting and tender steak then this one will have your attention. It literally falls apart with the touch of a fork. The seasoning is rich and the serving size is generous too.
- Wagyu New York Strip (280 oz): Smothered in their signature sauce this steak is for those who love their steak a bit more chewy. It has a bold and beefy flavor which is loved by the people of Riyadh.
- Wagyu Ribeye (280 oz): Yup they do it too and they do it perfectly. According to the waiter, this is one of the most ordered steaks in the restaurant. It has a velvety texture with a juicy and tender finish. Trust me you will tell everyone about this one.

Get your wallets full because you will not be leaving this place without spending SAR 180 – 220 for a good meal here.
3. Florya Steak Lounge
You cannot forget about this place when talking about steakhouses in Riyadh. This Turkish restaurant has built a reputation over the past 3 – 5 years and has four branches in different locations across Riyadh.
If you are looking for a perfectly seasoned steak or some Turkish Adana kebabs this is the place you head over to.
I visited the branch at King Abdul Aziz Road and the first thing that impressed me was the grand entrance. The red carpet makes you feel like a celebrity and the huge doors make this place feel modern and expensive.
The interior is kept simple and sleek with a brown and black color scheme.
WHAT ABOUT DIM LIGHTS?
All these expensive restaurants tend to keep the lights dim. I don’t really know why but it does look classy maybe I should do so at my home too.
The seating is quite limited but they have four branches so no need to worry about missing a spot.
Must-Try Dishes At Florya Steak Lounge
This restaurant kind of blends Turkish food with American cuisine to create some unique offerings on its menu. You get to try both the American and the Turkish classics under one roof.
If I visit this restaurant again I will recommend the following dishes:
- New York Steak: A perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy steak that is grilled according to your liking. Their signature pepper sauce on top really made the flavors of meat pop out.
- Fillet Mignon: This one not only tastes good but also looks appetizing. It is served with a side of grilled veggies and trust me you will come back again for this steak.
- Adana Kebab: Not a steak but you can’t miss this one guys! This is a traditional Turkish dish that includes a minced lamb kebab cooked over an open flame for a smoky, authentic taste.

Steakhouses are expensive and when you pair them with Turkish food the only thing that can happen is prices go up.
You can expect to pay SAR 300+ at this restaurant for a full meal with appetizers, sides, and a main course.
4. PorterHouse
This is the kind of restaurant where you go when you want to try the authentic taste of American steaks. Unlike other restaurants, their menu is totally focused on steaks with options like aged steaks, appetizers, and flavorful sides.
The restaurant has more of a chill and laid-back vibe which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The warm brown color scheme and rustic woods on the sides give it more of a vintage look.
I really loved their outdoor dining, especially for dinner you can see lights all around you
NOT TO FORGET
Those tall buildings look beautiful from the outdoor dining area.
Must-Try Dishes At PorterHouse
To keep things exciting their menu offers some great starters like salads, soups, and some desserts to end your meal on a good note.
BUT
We are not here for those, are we? Let’s talk steaks
- PorterHouse Aged Steak Menu: Well this one is a pocket saver and a total meal in one place. Choose your steak (we’re talking Australian Angus Ribeye or New Zealand Fillet), pair it with a starter, a side, and a dessert—it’s the whole package.
- Tomahawk Steak for Two: Bring your buddies or your girlfriend because this massive steak cannot be eaten alone. If you think you can do so well then best of luck to you. It’s bold, giant, and melts in your mouth.
- Slow-Cooked Beef Ribs: These are cooked for 6 hours straight. Yup, you heard that right SIX HOURS! This will give you that fall-of-the-bone taste which you won’t find anywhere else in Riyadh.

You already know you have to bring your credit cards full because you can be paying over SAR 300 in this restaurant and even more depending on what you order.
5. Chi Spacca
Last but in no way least is this Italian-born steakhouse in Riyadh.
I HAVE TO TELL YOU!
They take their steaks seriously and the taste here is nothing but mind-blowing (in a good way).
When you walk into this place you will get that expensive feeling straight away.
MORE LIKE A MILLIONAIRE!
The space is sleek and moody, with exposed brown brick walls, polished black marble floors, and the glowing flames from the open kitchen setting the scene.
Must Try Dishes At Chi Spacca
They have everything your mind can think of whether you are thinking of seafood, beef pies, or some healthy salads you will get all that here.
Their dry-aged steaks are the real deal and the most popular on their menu. Let’s see my favorite dishes at Chi Spacca:
- 60-Day Aged Porterhouse Steak: if you like aged steaks then you will love this one without a doubt. Their secret sauce makes all the magic in terms of flavor and if you don’t love this then you are not a steak person.
- Fiorentina Steak: A Tuscan masterpiece, this massive cut is all about bold, juicy flavors—perfect for sharing (or not!).
- Onion, Caramel, and Comte Potato Pie: If you have friends who don’t eat steaks ( who are they?) then this dish is definitely for them. It includes layers of golden caramelized onions, creamy potatoes, and nutty Comte cheese in a nice crust.
Average Price Per Person
You can expect to pay over SAR 250 at this restaurant but it definitely is worth it.
